I finally had some time to make a bento, since we have a professional development class today rather than teaching kids. I put it in my favorite lunchbox, the Laptop Lunch 2.0 system. The contents are, in the big boxes: sliced apple chicken sausage, beets, and steamed broccoli, then huge cherry tomatoes with mozzarella squares. In the smaller boxes: yellow bell pepper with tiny pea pods and sliced yellow squash with zuchinni.
The best part is that all these leftovers that looked pretty sorry and unappealing in the fridge now look like something I want to eat!
